Chrysler East, 666 Third Avenue — This 432-ft brick tower, built in 1951, features a retrofitted curtain wall system with distinctive blue glass panels. I participated in leak investigations, facade repairs, and annual parapet inspection reports, focusing on maintaining the exterior envelope’s performance. Our work primarily addressed sealant maintenance at the glass panel joints, ensuring the building’s long-term durability and weather resistance.
