MetLife Building, 200 Park Avenue — This 808-ft, 59-story NYC icon, designed by Richard Roth, Walter Gropius, and Pietro Belluschi, sits above Grand Central’s complex transit network. I worked on the roof replacement, roof survey, and facade restoration drawings, focusing on the 9th-floor roof — a critical area requiring detailed coordination and careful material integration to maintain the building’s performance and iconic presence.
