Salmon Tower Building, 11 West 42nd Street — Overlooking Bryant Park, this historic 31-story skyscraper, completed in 1928, features brick, terra cotta, and limestone facades. As project manager, I led the facade restoration, annual parapet inspection, roof replacement, and survey — overseeing all client communication, deliverables, and high-altitude inspections via suspended scaffolds. This challenging yet vital project ensured the preservation of a landmark with prominent tenants in one of NYC’s most iconic locations.
